For 28 years, Calvera has turned discoveries into medicines for people with serious diseases.

Our story

Started with one antibody. Built for the long run.

Calvera began in 1998 as a three-person lab with one antibody program. Today we discover and develop medicines across five therapeutic areas, with 16 medicines on the market and 24 programs in development.

We believe the best medicines come from deep biology, honest data and close partnership with patients and physicians. That is why we invest more than a fifth of our revenue back into research every year.

Patients firstEvery decision starts with the people who will take our medicines.
